Leanne Webber is a business owner and coach who brings her unique perspective to the challenges of running a business. In 2017, she co-founded a software agency but a few years in, Leanne felt lonely AF so she created and grew The Founders Team - a membership, mastermind and events company for founders.
Despite battling health issues, Leanne maintained her commitment to supporting other business owners. Eventually the ‘always on’ demand of her business became too much to manage alongside multiple chronic illnesses and after 4.5 years, Leanne made the tough decision to close the business.
Today, she is the founder of Visionary Adventures, a unique coaching and experiential program tailored for business owners and their teams who are stuck in a rut or struggling to balance life and work. Leveraging her own experiences in both health and business, Leanne organises one-of-a-kind adventures that push boundaries and shake things up. These aren't just coaching sessions; they're transformative experiences designed to reignite the spark, drive innovation and improve team culture.
