We know that exercise can be a great thing. But when isn't it? I have been loving my fitness routine as of late and particularly loving my 2 run days per week as they are a great escape from the chaos of my mind. But it takes me back to a time when my ONLY coping strategy was to exercise. As we know, too much of anything can become not so good so let's talk about it.
